You might come from a time when running a business was just about being able to put the employees into work, and therefore it was not necessary to focus on leadership styles and management theories. Today, however, leadership occupies much more in the individual companies and that is one reason for this: It can create results for the companies if they hire the right leaders. The problems can be hard to spot, but if a company’s management team fails to motivate the employees adequately, it won’t be able to avoid going beyond what the employees can do at work.
