We were so humbled to be invited to the Blanchard Partner Conference in San Diego March 2nd – March 3rd, 2020. It was an absolute honor to meet Dr. Ken Blanchard and his team.

We were not only inspired to succeed with the Blanchard’s leadership solutions and training programs, but we also gained insights into a new digital world of leadership training.

The partner conference took place at the beautiful Ranco Bernado Inn in San Diego. We ended up staying an extra day to take part in new product presentations at the Ken Blanchard headquarter in Escondido, CA which included a lunch with Dr. Ken Blanchard himself.
During the conference we heard how several channel partners are using Blanchard products to help their clients resolve specific challenges within their organizations. We also met Scott Blanchard, President, The Ken Blanchard Companies. He welcomed us with thoughts on leadership for a next-generation workforce. He presented the latest Blanchard research and explained how it is being applied to create a culture in which leaders are grounded in humility and focused on the greater good.
The Blanchard partner conference created a lot of value for our business, and we came away from the experience both personally and professionally inspired. Thank you, The Ken Blanchard Companies.
