The employees don’t adapt to the leader’s preferences, but the manager adapts to the organization’s environments and needs. This leadership style will, therefore, change continually to meet the new needs of the organization.
One of the fundamentals of Flexible Leadership is ‘Adaptability’. This is the concept that a good leader must be able to adapt to the ever-changing needs of the employees, but also knowing exactly when and how to make the necessary changes.

You will learn how to analyze and evaluate your organization and its employees to correctly change leadership style, and through our program, this will become a more intuitive skill for you.
What does the program look like?
Over a period of 6 months, you will meet with a highly skilled personal coach 6 times. Each meeting lasts 1.5 hours and covers exciting topics to help you grow and learn. Every other month you will have a thematic meeting with your Head of Function as an extension of the individual training/coaching to work with the concept of Flexible Leadership, ensuring that leadership development is also rooted in the team.
After completing this program, you will understand the concept of Flexible Leadership and know how to use it to easily implement changes to keep your organization thriving and meet its goals. Furthermore, you will have a great understanding of your employees and how you can help them succeed in their careers.
