How does it work?
Our network groups are lead by experienced facilitators from medium-sized and large international companies. To ensure that you end up in the best network group for you, our facilitator meets up with you beforehand and presents your CV to the group. This ensures that there is a mutual match that will be beneficial for all members.
Our meetings have a targeted agenda with the focus of being on good conversations with high confidentiality. Your network group will consist of 8-10 participants and will meet at least 4 times a year. Additionally, we offer you four complimentary virtual coaching sessions with your network facilitator!
