3. Add Continuing Education to Your Plan
Studies from the World Economic Forum show that 50% of the workforce will need to be retrained by 2025 in order to stay relevant. Ask your employer about any upcoming workshops they may provide, or take it on yourself with online training that will help you reach your goals even faster.
