- Set time aside each day to do something you enjoy and help with relief. This could be a quick walk, reading a book, meditating, or calling a friend.
- Daily relaxation or meditation reminders. Make sure you give yourself time to rest and reset! You can take a few minutes to meditate, yoga, or whatever calms your mind.
- Schedule your days to help keep yourself on track. Make daily, weekly, monthly, and maybe yearly goals to remember what you are working towards and help motivate you!
- Get adequate amounts of sleep to help increase productivity and mood.
- Use positive self-talk. Your mindfulness greatly impacts the way you perform. Think more positively and you may have better results!
