Coaching Master Class

We help you to advance your talent by developing your transformational coaching skills and challenging your perspectives to create infinite growth possibilities.

It requires strength, drive, and competence to be a good leader, but a skilled coach primarily uses emotions, empathy, and interaction. Coaching includes developing human resources through observation and feedback, and to reflect and motivate employees to do their best.

Understanding your employees is therefore an important part of the work as a coach. Coaching can be used and perceived in many different ways, but coaching is basically about giving room for new reflections, self-understanding, and actions. Applying coaching in conjunction with other management tools in the organization can thus be extremely helpful.

Objectives

The purpose of the Coaching training program is to provide you a thorough understanding of the processes that develop the coaching environment with respect to yourself, the organization, and the employees. The program focuses on changes in the organization through targeted reflections on the employees’ behavior in given organizational contexts and situations.

The Process

The Coaching training is a 3 month program including 3 in-class training days and assigned case assignments. For each case assignment you will receive personal feedback and a grade. The program completes with a final case assignment that covers the entire syllabus.
