The Facilitators
Our experienced facilitators have backgrounds such as Managing Directors, HR Managers, HR Directors, Sales Managers and Sales Directors. Everyone has experience from medium-sized – and large international companies.
Exact Match
The facilitator first meets with the network candidates face to face and then presents their CVs in the network group before they are ‘approved’ for admission. This ensures that there is a mutual match.
Meeting Facilitation
Experienced facilitators ensure that all meetings are conducted at a high level. All meetings have an agreed targeted agenda, and are based on good conversations with high confidentiality. In addition, summaries from each network meeting are taken and shared.
Number of Participants
To ensure efficiency and yield, there are 8 to 10 participants in each group. The low number requires a high meeting discipline, which the network facilitator will initiate.
4 Annual Meetings
Our experience shows that the need covers 4 network meetings per year. Can be expanded as needed. Meetings are conducted at the members’ companies or locations chosen by the members
1:1 Virtual Coaching
In addition to the continuous sparring from your network group, you receive 4 complimentary virtual coaching sessions with your network facilitator.
