We inspire you to maximize your personal and professional potential.
A recent study of Executive Coaching in a Fortune 500 firm reported a 529% return on investment and significant intangible benefits to the business.
What is Executive Coaching
According to The International Coach Federation (ICF) coaching is referred to as “partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.”
Our Executive Coaching focuses on individually tailored practices in talent development as it involves a close and confidential relationship between the coach and the person being coached.
The Coaching Process
Our coaches utilize a highly effective Coaching Model.
The model is divided into three main elements and each main element plays an integral part in achieving the desired result. To make the model effective, several coaching tools are included that best support the personal development of a client.
1. Engagement
In the first main element of the process. Engagement. We clarify your current situation. Where are you right now and what do you and your boss want to get out of the process? To substantiate your own reflection and desires as well as your boss’s expectations, we use a personality analysis as well as a 360 degree feedback from your stakeholders. This is to illuminate your blind angle and reveal what you do not immediately know about yourself. At the same time, it will give us a common and strong foundation for achieving your and your boss’s wishes, expectations, and goals.
The phase is very intense and is particularly rewarding; filled with several “aha” moments and new experiences about who you really are.
2. Awareness
In the second main element of the process, we develop an action plan to achieve your goals. Awareness. This phase is pragmatic. What seems impossible can be achieved. What seems unrealistic becomes compelling. We create clarity. We complement different management models based on your employees’ competence levels. In many cases, a manager applies the same management style to all employees instead of adjusting the management style to the individual employee’s level of competence.
3. Action
The third main element is about action leading to the goals. Action. We work with every step needed to get you to carry out your activities from the action plan needed to reach your goal(s). You support your strengths and abilities to use them at the right time for the right cause. You reach your goal(s).
