‘The Flexible Leader’ is a 6 months program that will boost the employees’ competencies – both professionally and personally – to meet the company’s short-term and long-term goals.
Objectives
To develop the employees’ personal and professional leadership and productivity from the following perspectives: “If you can lead yourself and achieve your goals, then you can lead others and make them reach their goals”.
To provide the employees’ with insight into the theory and language of flexible leadership and incorporate leadership effectiveness and quality.
To enable the employees’ apply the two elements of flexible leadership: Flexibility and Adaptability, illustrating which leadership style best fit the development level of the employees and/ or the potential followers.
The Process
1. Individual Meetings
6 individual meetings of 1½ hours duration are conducted over a time period of 6 months in collaboration with a professional coach.
The meetings cover topics, such as personal leadership, productivity through prioritization and communication, flexible leadership, team development and delegation, goal achievements, and time management.
2. Thematic Meetings
4 thematic meetings of 4 hours duration every other month are conducted. The employees meet with their team leader as a natural extension of the individual coaching to work with the concept of Flexible Leadership. This ensures that the personal leadership development is also rooted in the team.
The meetings cover topics, such as leadership behavior and styles, motivation, quality management, effective goal setting, performance, and leading in different situations.
The Coaches
Our experienced coaches have backgrounds such as Managing Directors, HR Managers, HR Directors and HR Vice presidents. Everyone with experience in medium and large international companies.
