Job Description
Minetum Consulting is seeking a University of Tampa student majoring in Professional Selling to join our team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in a part-time, performance-based role.
This opportunity is ideal for a student who wants real-world sales experience beyond the classroom and is interested in developing strong skills in prospecting, relationship-building, follow-up, and closing conversations. You will work directly with warm leads generated through Minetum’s marketing and outreach efforts and help guide prospective clients toward booking a consultation and ultimately signing up for our coaching program.
In this role, you will be expected to communicate confidently and professionally, take initiative, and follow through consistently. This is not a passive learning experience — it is a hands-on opportunity to contribute directly to business growth while gaining practical sales experience in a live business environment.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with prospective clients through messaging and outreach
- Build relationships and have meaningful, trust-based conversations
- Follow up consistently with leads
- Help guide prospects toward booking a consultation
- Track conversations and manage your pipeline
- Contribute directly to client acquisition and business growth
